The smartest president in the world Is either out of many great men who lead this country is George Washington, Barack Obama or John F. Kennedy. For explanation George Washington actually created the idea of government after he became president he told the citizens or pilgrims that he didn't want America to be just like the U.K. he wanted us to have democracy. Barack Obama the first black president he did a lot of great things for this country such as economy wise. No president has ever made the economy this great. He also, doesn't create peace he knows confiding into war will create many conflicts with many later leaders of our country. Also John Fitzgerald Kennedy, he is intelligent because he thought that the way black were being treated at this time shouldn't be accepted. He spent his whole presidential term making sure blacks got equality ,and that is a smart man's move
