Who is king minos and poseiden in minataur ?

Minos was the king of Crete, son of Zeus and Europa. Every 9 years, he would have King Aegeus pick seven young boys and girls to be sent to the Labyrinth to be eaten by the Minotaur.

When Minos was fighting his brothers for the throne (of Crete), he prayed for Poseidon to show him support by sending him a white bull (the Cretan Bull). Minos was supposed to sacrifice the bull but he kept it instead because of its beauty.

To teach Minos a lesson, Poseidon made Pasiphaë, Minos' wife, fall in love with the said bull. Pasiphaë has Daedalus create a hollow cow for her to be in and mate with the bull, thus creating the Minotaur.

Poseidon, he's the sea god who made Pasiphaë lust for the bull because of Minos' disobedience.
