You can't really say for sure one is better. You can have your preferences and broadly speaking you can make a value judgement but you can't say for sure. If you're going to base it on album sales, though, Justin Bieber has sold 17 million and Queen have sold 180 million, so it makes them over ten times better than Justin Bieber.
Hehe, thanks! I forgot to say that Queen were popular in the past and that tastes change so it's perfectly reasonable to think Justin Bieber is better, especially as he's popular right now. And who knows how many records he will go on to sell? :)

Actually it's over 500 million records worldwide when you factor in all solo material and from 1973 to the present with the Queen + Paul Rodgers, and the new Queen + Adam Lambert, just sayin. Kudos to Justin but as far as actual vocal singing, hands down Fred wins that and that is with just about any other singers as well. lol.

I think that depends on the age of the people listening and their type of music that they want but if you really want to know you can get a music of queen and Justin bieber and let other people hear it and ask them which is better for them.If you ever needing music of them they are available
queen has been around for much longer than justin bieber and their songs are still being played and they're going on tours after the lead singers death, so you cant really see until justin bieber stops singing. and they have the we will rock you musical that's come out very recently.
If you look at the musical talent, I'd definitely say that Queen is better. They all played their instruments very professionally and are all considered one of the best on their instrument. Also, Queen songs are very, very complicated which shows a lot of talent and musical knowledge. Still, their songs are very open, and anyone can listen to them and not be distracted by the song being too complicated. Also, I don't think Justin Bieber sold more records than Queen.
All taste is subjective, meaning that for you something might be goo but for someone else it would be awful. This applies to any taste, food, music, humour, films, etc.
Saying that Queen is much, much better and Justin Bieber is awful in every single way.
(But that is just my opinion!)
Wow what a question. lol Basically, it depends on which you want to know, it's all based on opinions, but if you look at sales, figures, and well talent, Queen bar none. lol Justin Beiber has NOT sold more than Queen. lol They've sold over 500 million albums worldwide from 1973-present, so whomever told you that Justin has sold more is quite ignorant. Not putting Justin down but mostly this question is based on opinions and tastes but to claim facts and figures now, that's where it is based on real truth and he has not sold even close to Queen and has not the longevity and will not. And to say that he can do a cover better than them live, hahahaha sorry but you're asking about opinions now so i'll give mine, i just laugh, nobody and i mean nobody can ever do a song by Freddie Mercury better, first of all it's his/their song, so you can't do better unless you write it or are the original and Justin Beiber cannot even sing, FM is a force to be wreckoned with, not even close sorry but this is the stupidest comment that i have ever heard, saying that Justin Beaver can sing better than Freddie Mercury. lol Brian, Roger, yes maybe but not Fred. lol hahaha
