Who is a color blind person?

Well obviously you can't tell if somebody is color blind, unless of course, they say two colors are the same, three are the same, etc. You could walk up to a strawberry with a color blind guy, both agree that it's red, but not know what the other sees. He may see what is green to us, but call it red.
