You need to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. For starters, you don't need honey or sugar. Look at the ingredients listed on the package and you will see they already have plenty of sugar. That's why they taste like sugar flavored cardboard. Fry an egg and drink the milk plain and then you will have a healthy breakfast. Fried sausage is pretty good too.
