I`m an international.
I`m studying a certain University in Quebec, but the university does not offer the program that I want to study. I have got 33 credits so far.
To be honest, I just want to focus on studying English, so I don`t wanna waste of time and money to get 120 credits.
Which University I can take ESL as major and get undergraduate degree less than 120 cr in Canada?
