I am new to the ukulele and to reading music. I have searched the internet with no luck in finding which strings/frets are used for notes on the ledger lines of a music staff.
I have searched the internet and numerous books with no luck. I have purchased beginner song books with tablature, but, of course, none of the songs use ledger notes. I have other song books that do have ledger notes, but...no tabs!!! Judging by the songs that I know, those notes below the staff should be low, but the C note is the lowest on the ukulele (right?). And the notes above the staff are high. The higher notes make a little more since to me, but it is the lower ledger lines confusing me. By the way, my uke is soprano, if that makes a difference.
Which strings/frets on the ukulele are used for ledger line notes?
