Which region in Kashmir receive floods more than the other regions?

The Srinagar region was most badly affected by the recent floods in Jammu and Kashmir. Other worst-affected districts include Baramula, Anantnag, Badgam, Patan, Pulwama, and Kulgam. NGOs like Save the Children are providing relief in the form of food baskets, blankets, hygiene kits, tarpaulin sheets, etc and have also setup medical camps.
