I am wanting to study on the UK which requires a tier 4 (general) visa. However I am also wanting to apply for a dual citizenship which requires the indefinite leave to remain (ILR) visa. Which one do I apply for or do I have to apply for the study visa (tier 4) then apply for the ILR once I have finished my degree? I need to know asap so I can apply. Thanks in advance.
