When specifying a number, you have to use "types". But video is different.
"Five types of video" implies you have five different algorithms for the software. That is to say, different file types.
"Five types of videos" implies that there are five different teaching methods.
Either claim is unusual enough that you should immediately explain exactly what five types you are talking about.
