Which movie is better? Alien (1979) or Orphan (2009)?

My friends and I want to watch a horror movie and we can't decide which one to watch?

you know both are good but if i had to choose between both of them i think i would watch alien its a real good movie thats why you are having such a hard time but if you thought about it you might be able to watch both just watch one then watch the other at a different time that you have the best of both worlds

well, if you want horror then definitely Alien, but if you want thriller then you should choose Orphan.

Alien I'd say. Even though I've NEVER watched that movie, i'd say Alien since everyone else is saying Alien.

I've seen Orphan and that one isn't that scary
