I have an MBA in Hospitality management but I have a big fobia and panic attack when speaking in public, does not matter how many people are there, 100 or two. I don't know how to become a manager as any managerial position require to speak to employees as in public. otherwise, it would not be difficult for me to speak to the one in one, but it is impossible in the hospitality industry. Please suggest me a solution for the future
