Hi I have a bit of a dilemma? I have a job, I was offered a new one and im not sure what to do so I would like some advice so I will post some pros and cons. I have been with my current job 2 years
Current Job pros:
Fun
I work with a lot of friends
Cons:
bad pay $9
bad raises $ 0.27 raises every year
bad employee morale people are always quitting
poor management
no opportunity for extra hours or benefits
working outside in the rain
Offered job pros:
Better pay $12
working inside
making more money for working less hours
more opportunities for more hours
working under a former supervisor at another job
Offered job cons:
extremely physical work
working nights
Which do I choose? My current job is a mess and im always picking up peoples slack because they are shorthanded and my boss doesn't appreciate me, but I enjoy the work and its a lot of fun and interesting, it seems like a no brainer but im having trouble deciding any advice?
