My husband and I are torn between which home to purchase. They are both new construction houses. One is closer to our parents and more convenient to shopping/restaurants/major highways but the town overall isn't the greatest.
The other home is in a more upscale area with more young families with little kids for our kids to play with but is farther away from everything. The second home is also a great price and a better financial investment. We are planning on sending to private school regardless of which home.
What do you think is the better buy? Thanks!
