apples and lemons are good. But other fruits like kiwis are better for you than oranges. Kiwis are one of the super fruits. Banana's are excellent as well as blue berries. Blue berries have tones of antioxidants/vitamins and help prevent cancer and heart disease they also help clean out your arteries.
