Is this for some sort of math assignment? If it is, you shouldn't be trying to cheat like this and do the actual work. However, I won't give you the answer but I will gladly help.
When there is a pair of parentheses around something, it means you are to multiply it by the number to the right (in this case, the 6) unless it is simply a number. So for here, you multiply 3x by 6 and 4 by 6. Then you get the answers. Unless you multiplied wrong, your answer should be one of the ones above.
