Which documentary is about car racing. Someone, le mans race someone get hit in the eye with a rock?

I only remember some parts, someone get hit in the eye during a race, on of the cars breaks down in a little village and all the boys from the village are trying to get in the car. In the start we follow a car putting cones down and then a ferrari 512s passes him, i think. Please help this is killing me. It isnt the movie Grand Prix.
