Which country?

I would like to apply for asylum in France but

I have already applied for asylum in Holland in 2003 (ten years passed, my fingerprints in this country may or may not be taken into account)
and then
in 2006 in Switzerland I applied for asylum and in the same year I applied for asylum in Germany. In Germany, I was convicted and was put into PZN Wiesloch. That was a trap(!). I was deported from Germany and the judge said "you cannot enter Germany for 35 years". He also added "you cannot enter Europe" too. I am not sure whether that was certain.

Now I would like apply for asylum in France and not return to Germany. Because I will be put into PZN Wiesloch.

Which country is responsible for my asylum application now ?

I hate to break it to you, but I'm afraid you need to leave Europe and head to somewhere like Asia or North America. If you keep living in Europe, you'll end up with big fines, and eventually, a possible sentence to prison and/or death. I know how you feel, but we got to follow the law, even if it gives up the hopes of something you love.
