Well i am working with a software development, and this software will be used by 1 operator more then 8 hours, so first requirement is safe color from client and he mean it, in that case i really need help from you guys. Please don't guess something if you are really sure about it then don't hesitated to answer me. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm a graphic designer myself and I would suggest something not too bright. It's hard to tell since you didn't give away much information, but grey colors should work great, but don't make them too dark, either. The text and its background should always have a high contrast.
