Looking at the periodic table you see that Ge is element 32, As is # 33, Sn is #50, and Sb is #51. #32 is the smallest, #52 is the largest.

Sizes of elements are mostly determined by electrons, but the element number is the count of protons. In neutral atoms the two numbers are equal, so size is proportional to element number. If an electron is taken away, the remaining electrons are pulled in and the positive ion is smaller. If an electron is added, the electrons repel themselves farther out, so the negative ion is larger.
