This question is somewhat unpecise. But if you mean the termal energy that is set free by nuclear fission in a reactor. The anwer would be oxigen and hydrogen because the most reactors work with water to moderate neutrons and transport the warmth. However in history there where other materials in use espessialy in russian reactors.
