If you live in a country where homeschooling is legal but you are from a country where homeschooling is illegal, can you homeschool your children?
For Example:
We are from Croatia (where homeschooling is illegal) but live in Czech Republic for (9-10 ) years now (where homeschooling is legal). My daughter wants to be homeschooled. Can we work it out with a school and is it even possible for her to be homeschooled?
Where you are from homeschool is illegal but you live abroad where it is not, can you homeschool?

After leaving a country you shouldn't have to worry about the laws and regulations you left behind. Unless you plan to go back and apply for work there and they ask how they received their education, but I still see that as non conflicting, cause whats stopping me from being homeschooled in the US where its legal and common, then moving to Croatia and being punished for it?
So the answer is yes you can get homeschooled. But im unsure if Czech offers it to just anyone, sometimes it requires documents such as being a local resident and what not. Don't worry about it being illegal back in your home country.
