I recently took service from an energy company and it was really bad. I got fed up of them and asked them to stop their work. I want to complain about their service, where should I go?

You can just complain with that energy provider. Call their customer service or go directly to their office. However, even if you complain to them and they can't fix your energy supply, your complain would be useless. Here's my advice though:
1. Go to their office and tell that you won't be subscribing to their service anymore.
2. Find an alternative solution. You can find business energy comparison sites who can provide recommendation about how you will get a better energy supplier. You can get more information from businessswitchonline.co.uk. They will also provide quotes or prices so you can choose which provider you will switch on.
3. Conserve energy through wasting no electricity. Simple things like turning off the lights, or shutting down your devices when not in use can lower your electric bill.
4. Get your people with your goal to save energy.
