I live in Sheffield. My best friend(male) is going in the army in a couple of days and he wants to take me out somewhere because we won't see each other for 4 months. I want to go somewhere memorable so that we will both remember it while he's gone. Any Ideas as to where we could go?

Depends what you like doing. I'm not far from Sheffield and I like getting the train to Edale, Hope or Dore and getting out and having a walk in the hills. If you want something more exciting, Alton Towers or Blackpool are memorable. There's the bird and butterfly place in Sheffield itself which is pretty amazing. Or you could get up to Peveril Castle.
