Where should I build a new website ?

I have a free account in biz.nf it is very limited in traffic because it is a free account, but is very good to get started with. I love how it rarely has downtime! If you are thinking of paid host, then dream host is where you should go. Also, for domain name, go to godaddy but DO NOT USE THEIR HOST PLAN! they are only good for cheap domain names.
