Where is the first place in the Bible where the concept of Messiah appears?

Genesis 3:14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

This is the first prophecy of the coming savior, "her seed". Here is a free download that explains how Jesus is the subject of the bible:

Messiah (ma·shiʹach) means “anointed” or “anointed one.” In the Hebrew Scriptures the verbal adjective form ma·shiʹach is applied to many men, King David being one of them, by being anointed with oil and so is spoken of as “anointed one” or, literally, “messiah.” 2 Samuel 19:21

The term is also applied to the high priest, as well as like patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Micah 5:2, 4 had indicated that out of Bethlehem would come one to be “ruler in Israel” who would “be great as far as the ends of the earth.” It is evident that even though knowledge about the coming Messiah was common among the Jews, not all persons had the same knowledge or understanding about that one.

Genesis 3:15 is the very first prophecy in the Bible that indicates there would be a solution to the mess Adam & Eve created by disobeying God. However Genesis 49:10
is the first place the concept of the Messiah appears.

I hope this answers most of you question, other ref: jw.org
