I want to talk to people about anything that crosses my mind that day. If it is java code, government politics, how Windows 10 looks or what my favorite Disney movie was. I do not want to have to search around all day for a specific forum about my topic. I don't like the friendship heavy facebook twitter thing. I just want a forum. And I am not on a telephone I am on a computer.
Where do I find an active forum that discusses any topic (on PC)?

Reddit is not what I am looking for because Reddit forces you to find the appropriate topic before you post and post only in that topic's section which can take forever to find. I was looking for a "Post Any Thought That Comes To Mind" type of thread.
I also do not like Reddit because I get the feeling it is designed for people on telephones and tablets not computer PC users. It looks weird on my PC. Not like a traditional forum.
