i am a starting sophomore in a malagasy college and i intend to work very hard this year so as to acquire both L2, L3 and M1 levels. I am pretty confident about mastering this knowledge within a year. When this year is done I want to start M2 right away. What are the necessary procedures ? I am especially looking for a scholarship because I want to study abroad. What must I do ? Please help.
