I got obsessed with a game called Earthbound and I can only play the real thing at my uncle's.....I go there mostly once a year every....I don't know 4 years? Anyway I wanna play it more and I cant download anything for some reason. So does anyone have a site that I can play Earthbound on without downloading anything?

If your uncle has an original copy of earthbound for the super Nintendo, then he is a very lucky man! The cartridge alone is worth hundreds of dollars!
Anyway to answer your question, no. Or not that I'm aware of. If there is its likely illegal, as all emulators are. If you have a Wii U you can download it from the Nintendo eShop for $10. Totally worth it.
