Where can I get very cheap clothes??

I dont have much and I dont like any. I'm in middle school, i love dark colors (black blue purple ect.) I'm use to normal tshirts n jeans. i like little designs like maybe a dreamcatcher, dragon, music, owl n stuff (: I'm the total opposite of hello kitty pink flowers n stuff. Forever 21 is probably not my type. i can never wear shorts or skirts. i need them very very cheap.. under $15. i need a lot of help with this. Please provide more than 1 answer? no jcp or walmart please
