I'm writing a book that takes place in Dublin, but I've never been. I've been using the internet for place descriptions, but I need to find someone to help out with the language part of it.

If you can't really find anyone Irish to talk to another alternative would be reading Irish books, looking through Irish interviews, or even watching an Irish TV show. Those might give you a good feel on how those people talk and phrase their words.
