looking for an online college i can trust and not have to pay for schooling,something with degree programs and credibility. and possibly programs where i can get paid for living expenses while getting my education. thank you in advance.

Well rose, everything comes at a price. So any online education institution providing you a degree will charge you for the study materials and the exam modules that they provide.
Apart from that if you study online you will have plenty of time which you can utilise by finding a part time job for yourself.
