Yes, people, I know the rules. To be deemed as financially independent on the FASFA you have to be an orphan, married, have a baby, be 24 or older, or etc. I know. However, I also know there are financial aid administers out there that can and will deem young adults financially independent based upon other things (like living independently and proving that you have no parental support for your education). I know they exist. I need to find one of them.
So, can anybody tell me a financial aid administer that can do this for me? It doesn't matter to me where in the United States they are located, as long as you can provide a name and number. Thank you.
