My boyfriend is starting a new tshirts brand. We usually buy shirts like Gildan, hanes,etc. But we want to know where we can buy tshirts without a label or tag. Do you know any site where we can buy shirts per dozen or something similar?

I think what they are asking is not related to the Michael Jordan brand of shirt that does not include a tag, rather a blank t-shirt that you can assign your own brand to.
There are many manufacturers out there that sell t-shirts in bulk and allow for you to tag them with your own brand. I have a buddy who ordered some very high quality custom shirts from China at one time at about $3 per shirt which was extremely cheap for the work since he designed all the specs on the shirt and chose the best possible thread count and also had his own logo applied to the label.
Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the company he went through, but you can locate companies by performing searches for keywords such as, custom tshirt manufacturers and you will most definitely find sites that offer this. Reach out to them and ask if they offer custom tagged Tees, or even tees without a tag. If they are manufacturing straight from the mill, I imagine including a tag is one less step for them that they will be happy to avoid if possible.
You will probably need a wholesaler account which means you will probably need to provide tax ID info and setup a B2B account with these companies.
