True Christians know that things will soon change for the better by means of God's heavenly kingdom arrangement. That government under Jesus Christ will eliminate everything that causes pain and suffering. I don't think so. I think it's always darkest before the dawn. You've clearly hit rock bottom and there's only one way to go from there...UP! Your health can be managed. You must not believe it's over or you wouldn't have come on here to ask. Stay in the game. A negative attitude will only bring on negative results. Find what makes you feel happy and that will lead you to better things.
