What's the process like? How much more expensive is that process? Do you just go to a dealership and hand them a print-out and say, "One please..." I joke, but I really just want to know more about this. Almost every manufacturer has this feature on their site. Is it mainly just for pricing, or can you really custom build your own car online, and have them make it for you?
When you "Build Your Own Car" on a manufacturer's website, Can you then get that exact car made?

On the Honda website, at the Summary page, it's got:
"If you're close to making a purchase, provide your ZIP Code so we can find the Honda dealers closest to you to receive a competitive quote on your customized Accord Sedan."
I think "on your customized" means that you can, in fact, get just what you want.
