When you are in training wth a trainer and you have an incident or accident, is the trainer held re?

he probably didn't expect you to clip the car when you turned the cornor its your job to make sure all areas of the road are safe its called a judgement call which would have been in your hands at all times they expect you to be a safe driver so it would be you watching for things like that questions would be did you use your turn signal did you take the turn slowley did you use your own judgement while making the turn you shouldn't make a uturn unless theres a sign that says uturn permitted half the time they normally want you to do this in case something said no uturns permitted if it said uturn permitted you would have had the right of way things happen for a reason and that probably was that in this case you might be able to have it removed from your driveing record if you can prove it wasn't your fault
