Sorry for poorly describing what I mean..
Person 1: I&rsquo;m sincerely sorry for hurting you.
Person 2: you&rsquo;re sincerely sorry for getting caught.
Is there a name for that and what is it called?

In general it would be called sarcasm, but I don't know of anybody who discusses it, so it really doesn't need a unique name.
