Like do i have to do a dua and can you tell me 1 or 2 hadiths.
When someone is feeling bad happens to others what is my responsibility in the light of Islam?

Charity is a pillar of Islam, and as I understand it, charity can mean helping a person feel right again.
If "duas" and "hadiths" are anything like "our father" and "hail Mary" prayers, I think Allah would be more pleased with actual results. See if you can lift the persons spirits in some way. That would be more meaningful than prayer alone.

Quran and hadeeths are never like fathers and hail marry and Quran is the speech of God (ALLAH). In Islam, there is no fathers or other people have duties or rights differs for others, all people have the same duties and rights. No one is worshiped but God.
