You need to sign in front of a notary public (a person certified and approved to provide notary services). Banks frequently have people on staff certified to notarize documents. I understand some UPS shops can notarize documents. For your purposes getting all signatures at the same time is probably not critical.

Individuals notarization, would this be in front of a Lawyer, Justice of the Peace only and dated at that time of signing ? to make this delayed timing legal by the individuals involved.
