Searches won't be affected by the size of the text.
In terms of trying to read the text in a search engine, bigger text usually makes a difference as it's easier to see.
Yes, big text is easier for old folks to see. But that has nothing to do with a search engine. Text size is selected in the browser using CTRL-+ and CTRL--.
It is not clear at all just what you are trying to ask.
