The school no. The teacher, maybe. Depends if you have evidence and if others who were also possible victims come up and take a stand. Best you can probably do is press charges and send them to jail or have them registered as a sex offender. But to actually see money is very slim especially in today's society where people falsely accuse others of raping them or molesting them , get sent to prison for 7 or so years till the accuser comes out and say they lied. And if it comes out you having no evidence, you can be sued in return for false accusations, and hurting their reputation. Because simply pointing a finger and saying rape can casue a person to lose their job, create a record, tarnish peoples thoughts of them , and ultimately ruin their life even if they come out to be innocent in the end.
