I've convicted and when I renewed my car insurance, the company couldn't find my conviction. This is my question, if I replace car (buy a used car), does insurance company check my driving record? It's time to replace car but I don't want company find out my record and the rate will be higher so.. if anyone knows about it please answer my question thanks..

As always. Or rather, good insurance companies should check your record. Rates could change depending on the history and whatever that is in the records.
