Hello, 

I don't know if anyone has experience this, but sometimes when I talk to people and look them in the eyes, after fairly a short while I began to feel uncomfortable or something and there is a weird tension in my eyes and I have to look away. It may sometimes look rude and disrespectful but that's not how I want it to look. I don't know what it can be. I am fairly shy and not very social I am not sure if that couldn't be a problem or have something to do with it? Thank you

Some people think you are not paying attention or you are not being honest if you don't look them in the eye. Some people, and most animals, consider a direct look to be an act of aggression. You don't know which one you have until they explode in anger. I don't know anything to do about that. It's just the way people are.
