When I get depressed, I have this weird feeling in my palms of my hands? what is it?

every time I get sad or depressed I start getting this feeling in my palms and im not sure what it is, its been happening for a while though

There are certain neurological problems that can cause both systemic discomfort and depression.  Also, diabetes can cause a lack of energy (which might bring feelings of depression) and a tingling in the hands and/or feet.

What I'm saying is, it's probably something that's causing both the weird feeling and the depression, not the depression causing the weird feeling.

SEE A DOCTOR!!!  But a good one who has time to run a differential diagnosis.  Those 7-minute pill bags at the free clinic are only good for STDs and stitches.
