When I freeze our left over bagals then put them in the micro- they come out hard, is there a better

when u put them in the micro-wave wrap them in paper towel and defrost them for a few seconds... I freeze hamburger buns, and bread like that all the time. this is a stupid question but are u pushing a defrost button? If ur pushing a cook button it obviously isnt going to defrost them the right way, i have done that by accident before... But another way is if u remember to take them out like 10 or 20 minutes before u eat them they should be defrosted by then if u leave them on the counter for a little while.
