Rambler I assume is an extension/program that blind side self installed. This happens when you download a program. Lets say for example you download youtube downloader. Or a game, or a music app. When you download the program and it opens, and you click yes to run or save it opens up a window , usually says (program name ) Installer, asks you to click next. then asks you to agree to terms and conditions, THEN, it blindsides you with another window saying next, but in the middle of the text has a check box, you need to uncheck these boxes, cause some say "you agree to install (so and so program) as an add on, and all that nonsense.

To change your homepage in Google Chrome, open your Chrome browser and click on the menu icon represented by three lines on the top right corner of the screen next to the Web address input field. Choose "Settings" from the drop-down options. In the "Settings" screen, check the box labeled "Show Home button." Once the box is checked, click the "Change" button located next to the address shown below the Show Home button. Change the address to your preferred homepage. Which in your case you want "www.google.com"
