it depends if it is a first time offense or if it has happened before i know they are quiet hard on the person who gets caught they figure that it can use the person as a example and sentence the person quiet essasively this will hopefully make the person who gets in trouble becomes a example to others that may do theses kinda crimes i know the judges anymore are really hard on people who mess with this stuff it can be really hairy
