This depends on the job you are applying to and the manner in which you refer to your notes. On the one hand, if this is a job that requires you to present technical information with a need to be accurate and precise than preparing a reference folder could be beneficial and an opportunity to show that you are organized and prepared. On the other hand, if job type does not require a demanding skill set than the presence of reference notes may make you seem unprepared or unequipped for the job. A good practice tool is to step into the interviewer's shoes, what do they see when they look at you, are you providing relevant accurate information from a clean organized tabbed binder or are you digging in your bag for SSN that you've still not memorized? More than anything it comes down to your ability to utilize the what you bring to the table, how you present yourself, and why you should be their top choice. I recommend actual full on role playing the interview with someone you trust and videoing it. Video start to finish, no cheating, no stopping to clarify, no jokes. Seeing yourself answering questions in an interview can be a game changer and help you correct things before the real thing. Lastly, remember the person asking the questions is human, they may even be nervous themselves so try and stay calm yourself. Best of Luck :)
