I went to a junior college and didn't complete, so I have bad grades on that transcript. I am now enrolling in a different junior college but don't want those bad grades to follow me. Do I have to include that transcript?

It's a little risky but, NO, you do not HAVE to. While the university would likely encourage you to do so, they will not have access to those records unless you provide them. If you are willing to lose that time and money then that's your own decision. "it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission." If they find out you can always go back and say you didn't know. A girl who was suffering from chicken pox she dare to give exam on 20th May 2016. We all appreciate this, but knowing this you all feel shame that a teacher of Agra College, Agra refused her to give exam and told her if you give exam he will burn her exam copy. After insisting him a lot of time he allowed her to give an exam at outside of the classroom. The girl gave the exam at outside of the classroom, but she did not get even a single glass of water. What is going on Agra college Agra, where is there humanities. If that girl belongs to your sister or daughter does he do this.
